Summary

Join GuidePoint Security as a Managing Security Advisor, IAM, overseeing SailPoint project implementation, resource training, and presale activities. Lead technical architecture discussions and collaborate with developers and infrastructure teams. This remote position (US-based) requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of progressive experience in technical leadership or management, including expertise in IGA solutions, various connectors, and requirement gathering. The salary range is $200,000-$225,000/year. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, computer science, computer engineering, MIS, or related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a technical lead or technical manager
  • 8 years of experience with: Scoping and sizing complex projects
  • 8 years of experience with: Proving project oversight for roles resource has played on previous projects such as architecting or computer engineering
  • 8 years of experience with: Designing, architecting & building IGA solutions involving SailPoint and other IGA solutions
  • 8 years of experience with: Most common connectors including Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, JDBC, exchange, Mainframe, web service connector and authoritative source integration (such as SAP and Workday)
  • 8 years of experience with: Leading technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure team
  • 8 years of experience with: Gathering requirements, solutioning, and developing design documentation for technical implementation work

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of SailPoint projects including design, implementation and resource oversight, project problem solving and internal status reporting
  • Manage SailPoint resource training including certifications for the purpose of achieving and maintaining admiral status
  • Assist with presale and SOW development to the extent possible given project delivery commitments and help get new resources applied to existing projects and SailPoint training materials
  • Lead technical architecture and security design discussions with developers and infrastructure team
