Summary
Join a dynamic team working on Transfusion Serology Laboratory LIS as an Implementation & Quality Assurance Specialist. This role requires implementing and configuring software for medical laboratories, writing software requirements, preparing test cases, and ensuring compliance. You will gather customer requirements, translate them into documentation, and collaborate with developers. The ideal candidate possesses experience in laboratory systems implementation, software testing, and medical/biology knowledge. This permanent position offers a hybrid work model, competitive salary, yearly bonus, and company car.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Medical Technology, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered
- Experience in implementing and configuring laboratory systems
- Some medical / biology knowledge for understanding the functioning of the laboratories
- Advanced skills in creating test cases and identifying software issues
- Proven ability to document workflows, processes, and compliance requirements
- Experience in software testing, test case preparation, and quality assurance
- Proficiency in English language
Responsibilities
- Implement Laboratory Information System (LIS) for both domestic and international clients in Poland
- Participate in software configuration and functionality testing
- Prepare and maintain implementation documentation
- Gather customer requirements specific to Transfusion Serology Laboratories and translate them into clear documentation for software development
- Develop user stories, scenarios, and process documentation
- Simplify and communicate complex workflows in compliance with industry standards for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Use JIRA to gather, track, and manage requirements and workflows
- Translate customer and regulatory requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
- Research and document workflows, processes, and requirements in line with Polish and EU regulations
- Ensure up-to-date records of regulatory and industry standards
- Identify, document, and report software defects in JIRA and collaborate with developers for resolution
- Incorporate feedback from customers and test results to enhance documentation, workflows, and product quality
