Requirements

  • Engaging with customers at all development stages; implementation, onboarding and adoption
  • Problem solving to identify root causes and propose fixes to technical issues
  • Working with technologies such as Hadoop, Snowflake, AWS, Git, NiFi and Unix / Linux environments
  • Collaborating with the other teams eg product, CSMs, engineering to drive change improvements
  • 1+ years of work experience in customer delivery, technical delivery or software development

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Panaseer’s technical delivery; primarily helping to deliver exceptional, predictable customer value
  • Support customer engagements from a technical point of view, be the Panaseer product expert
  • Deliver according to technical best practice; guiding our customers towards technically elegant solutions
  • Take ownership of work and pride in delivering first class customer service and value
  • Anticipate and address potential issue before they are widely recognised

Preferred Qualifications

  • SQL and familiarity with data analysis methods
  • Familiarity in working with Data Pipelines
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Has delivered and integrated REST API's
  • Ability to deploy and configure a technical product to suit customer requirements
  • Ability to prioritise and organise tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and independently as required
  • Interest in learning new technologies and domains
