Join re:Members as an Implementation Leader and bring new systems to life, supporting powerful products used by hundreds of non-profit organizations. You will execute on-time delivery of large-scale client implementations, leading your team through all stages of the implementation cycle. Enable, train, and coach your team to achieve high client satisfaction and drive best practices. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility into progress, risks, and metrics. This role requires a BA/BS degree, 8+ years of SaaS implementation experience, and 3+ years of leadership experience with AMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems. A PMP certification is strongly desired. Requirements
- BA/BS degree a minimum of 8 yearsβ experience in a SaaS implementation environment with 3+ years of demonstrated leadership experience working with AMS, ERP, CRM, or similar systems engagements
- Proven track record leading SaaS implementations
- Skilled at enabling teams to meet organizational objectives and achieve high client satisfaction ratings
- Have an aptitude for developing software expertise, managing people, and building relationships with happy clients
- Exhibit a strong EQ and positive executive presence, having worked with C-level decision makers to align with their organizational priorities and manage client escalations
- Take initiative in driving process improvement, efficiency, quality, and positive client experience in a growing organization
Responsibilities
- Execute on-time delivery of large scale and strategic client implementations while leading your team to successfully manage all stages of the implementation cycle, including discovery process review, data migration, configuration, testing, integrations, and deployment for our SaaS solutions for Association clients
- Enable, train, and coach a world-class team to meet organizational objectives, achieve high client satisfaction ratings, and drive best practices
- Partner with leaders of cross-functional teams to provide visibility into progress, risks, budgets, and metrics including acting on course corrections, offering innovative solutions, and creating repeatable efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications
PMP Certification or equivalent is strongly desired
