Summary

SpryPoint is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to work directly with their utility clients to implement cutting-edge enterprise applications. The successful candidate will design, describe, and manage the SpryPoint solution to match specific client business problems, owning the overall quality of the implementation and leading various sessions and exercises.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing enterprise utility software, specifically with utility Customer Information Systems (CIS)
  • Ability to map processes with direct experience working on a large process mapping project

Responsibilities

  • Work with SpryPoint Clients to match best practices with future state business requirements
  • Own overall quality of the implementation, completing regular audits and quality checks, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Lead and document Discovery (Analysis) sessions, Business Process reviews, Integration Design sessions, and Data Mapping exercises
  • Own and approve Discovery Reports
  • Review and provide feedback on all Business Process Design documents
  • Create and maintain process flows and best practices documents for system configuration and testing
  • Oversee and support system configuration
  • Provide input on training and testing materials
  • Document issues encountered during testing and acceptance phases
  • Maintain project-related documentation including issues logs, configuration guides and test cases

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Mobile Field and Workforce Management (MFM & MWM), Work Order & Asset Management (WAMS) and Customer Engagement Portal experience is an asset
  • Experience analyzing large data sets is an asset
