Summary
Join EBA as an FFT Center of Excellence Implementation Support Analyst and provide operational and logistical support for the statewide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) initiative. You will ensure smooth coordination of project activities, documentation, scheduling, and communication. The role involves overseeing project timelines, coordinating meetings, developing website content, assisting the Communication Director, compiling data reports, and serving as a communications bridge between FFT and other entities. You will also support budgeting discussions, track expenditures, and contribute to special projects. This remote position requires exceptional organizational skills, effective communication, experience managing administrative tasks remotely, proficiency in various software, and excellent writing abilities. A Bachelorโs degree is required.

- Experience managing administrative support tasks in a remote setting
- Proficiency in scheduling, documentation, meeting coordination, and communications tools
- Ability to track budgets, deliverables, and timelines
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Canva; familiarity with Teams/Zoom, Power BI preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while providing consistent feedback on activities to other staff and directors
- Excellent writing abilities without using AI (use of AI is prohibited in this project)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelorโs degree required
Responsibilities
- Oversight of project timelines and deliverable completion to include writing progress reports, coordination of communications, and providing support for training and contracting efforts
- Meeting coordination to include scheduling, agenda development, minute taking and follow up on needed next steps
- Attend in-person stakeholder meetings and support implementation
- Develop content for websites and newsletters
- Assist Communication Director with scheduling meetings and support contract tasks, as needed
- Work with the COE Manager to compile data reports to support fidelity monitoring and implementation expectations
- Serve as a communications bridge between FFT and other entities
- Support budgeting discussions and track expenditure
- Contribute to special projects as needed
Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 - 75,000
- Location: Remote. Required: Must live in the Western United States (PST) or AZ
