Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of relevant experience (or equivalent)
• Strong SQL and scripting skills; familiarity with database management systems
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Skilled in stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience working independently on high-impact, complex projects

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment of consulting engagements
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and contribute to product/process enhancements
• Create foundational client environments and manage site migrations
• Support onboarding and training of new team members
• Manage project schedules, proactively resolve issues, and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Deliver high-quality, responsive client service throughout the deployment cycle
