Inbound Phone Sales Representative

Summary

Join A Place for Mom as a Welcome Advisor and work remotely as an expert resource for families seeking senior care options. You will take inbound, pre-screened leads, conduct in-depth consultations, educate families on customized senior care options, and act as a liaison between families and senior care providers. Success is measured by reaching daily production benchmarks, including referring families to communities and scheduling tours. This role requires two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience, exceeding sales targets, multitasking abilities, strong computer skills, and successful completion of new hire training. The position offers a base salary of $45,760, on-target earnings of $74,000, and benefits including 401(k) with match, dental, health, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Schedules are 40 hours per week and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center
• History of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer
• Strong computer and typing skills necessary, including Word and Excel and ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system
• Successfully complete new hire training program

• Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers

• On Target Earnings: $74,000 ($28,240 variable bonus (Uncapped)
