India Lead

Summary

Join Monad Labs, a team building a performant and parallel EVM Layer-1 blockchain, as their India Lead. You will be responsible for expanding Monad's presence in the Indian market by identifying and onboarding project builders and developers, growing the community, and promoting Monad's technology. This role involves strategic planning and execution, relationship building with key industry players, and delivering programs to showcase Monad's value proposition. You will need strong experience in business development, marketing, and community building within the crypto industry, along with fluency in English and Hindi. Requirements

• Be multilingual with professional fluency in English and Hindi
• Have at least 4 years of experience in a strategic role that touches several of: business and ecosystem development, marketing, and community building
• Be crypto-native with at least 4 years of crypto-industry work experience, and have a built up a strong network of key industry contacts
• Fluidly wear the strategy and execution hats on major initiatives
• Have a demonstrated track record of end-to-end ownership of global initiatives from conception to implementation
• Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical or business-focused field
• Be based in India

Responsibilities

• Lead ecosystem efforts in India
• Represent Monad at conferences and industry events for brand visibility and develop new relationships
• Create and nurture strong relationships with web3 projects, industry influencers, and VCs
• Develop and deliver programs to promote Monad’s value proposition
• Establish performance tracking and reporting on the status and impact of initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience in a related role at a prominent L1 or L2 blockchain company
