Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics, Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS), Bachelor of Science in Finance or related field
- 0-2 Years of Experience - as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, tactful, and practical manner
- Passion and curiosity for system applications
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
- Comfortable excel and other business focused software
- Comfort with technology and an interest in problem-solving with startup-level resources
- Proven collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Work alongside engineers, product managers and customer success team to verify application functionality, usability and scalability
- Create and execute software system validation and testing plans to ensure the application meets the specifications
- Identify, document, and report system bugs and performance issues
- Review product specification, FAQ, and documentation for accuracy
- Participate in cross-functional team bug bash sessions
- Test user interface and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Learn and understand the customer supply chain and manufacturing processes, problems, needs, and objectives and propose systems solutions to meet their requirements
