Summary

SunSource's GO2 program is a rotational development initiative for graduates seeking a career in industrial sales. Participants receive intensive training, mentoring, and a defined career progression. Training lasts 12 months, followed by transfer to a designated territory with relocation assistance.

Requirements

• 2 year technical degree and/or training in related field
• Strong ambition to pursue a career in industrial or engineering sales
• Outgoing and able to build professional relationships
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated to take responsibility for your personal development
• Ability to start work in Summer 2024

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for developing and growing sales with new and existing customers
• Developing Time and Territory Management skills
• Building and maintaining internal relationships with key support teams
