Responsibilities

• Oversee system performance and ensure workflows meet user needs
• Gather user feedback, analyze data for product improvements, and collaborate with key teams—such as Clinical Operations and Care Delivery Ops—to address performance gaps, optimize recruitment, and enhance training
• Monitor system readiness and take proactive steps to resolve performance or quality issues
• Engage clinicians, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand workflows, and identify areas for improvement within the EMR and other systems
• Share updates, secure organizational buy-in, and recommend tools or systems that drive efficiency and satisfaction
• Contribute to defining system priorities and ensuring new product requirements align with end-user needs
• Guide evaluations and implementations that enhance user experience and operational impact
• Ensure all EMR solutions adhere to healthcare standards and regulations, including HIPAA and PACE-specific requirements
• Stay informed about evolving standards to maintain compliance and drive system improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with systems like PACElogic, PrimeSuite, Athena, and EPIC
