Information Security Analyst

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cyber security
• Experience with security tools like EDR, CSPM, DLP, SIEM, ZTNA, User life cycle management, MDM, MFA, SSPM and others
• Experience with defining and enforcing security requirements for processes and systems
• Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and best practices, such as MITRE, NIST, CIS, and others
• Experience with heading security projects company-wide while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest security technologies, and attack techniques
• Experience with conducting security assessments, and configuration reviews
• Be proficient with Cloud technologies
• Excellent English in both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line function to address security alerts and suspicious activities reported by Deel’s users
• Continually monitor the security systems and prioritize the remediation of our systems
• Conduct digital forensics and lead incident response activities
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of user behavior anomalies and threat-hunting
• Develop security content and SIEM and other security platforms to improve detection and response effectiveness
• Cooperate with red team for purple teaming and adversary simulations
• Assist with reviewing architecture and design for new and current deployments, features, and operational requirements
• Oversee periodical access reviews
• Identify and facilitate remediation of IT and SaaS security exposures and vulnerabilities
• Develop and enforce security awareness programs
• Conduct TPRM activities

Preferred Qualifications

CISSP, CISM, CCSP, and OSCP certifications
