Information Security Analyst

Summary

The job description is for a Security Analyst position at OneTrust. Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related subject
• 2-5 years of hands-on information security; security-related cloud operations
• Understanding of information security best practices around confidentiality, integrity and availability
• Experience with ELK required
• Experience with endpoint tools such as Crowdstrike, Cylance and traditional AV solutions

Responsibilities

• Review of internal security systems (SIEM, endpoint, firewall & IPS/ IDS) to identify potential incidents or events
• Maintain monthly vulnerability scans and provide vulnerability information to relevant stakeholders as requested or if remediation is required
• Assist in collecting and maintaining evidence of compliance for different initiatives including ISO27001, SOC2, NIST & CSA
• Be a security evangelist inside the organization, providing knowledge and recommending best practices to non-technical users
• Assist in incident investigations as needed
• Assist in testing and rolling out new security initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Linux experience
• Preferred certifications: Security+, Network+, SSCP, GSEC
• Microsoft Azure experience
• Meraki experience
