Requirements

• Experience leading a team
• Experience in scale-up or mid-sized company environments
• Experience in project conceptualisation/management and roll-out

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce security policies and processes to protect against cyber threats
• Oversee security risk assessments, monitoring, and incident response planning
• Embed security principals in the product development lifecycle
• Collaborate with legal and DPO teams to ensure business continuity
• Develop metrics for board visibility on cybersecurity performance
