Responsibilities

• Analyze the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Collaborate with departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and maintain the performance and security of IT systems, including servers, networks, and databases
• Assist in the planning, implementation, and management of new IT projects and initiatives
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, network diagrams, and user manuals
• Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and solutions to enhance IT operations
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to manage contracts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service level agreements are met
• Support the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network management
• Proficiency in operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications
• Experience with network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL)
• Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols
