Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Previous Systems Administrator work experience
• Experience with any of the following cloud technologies: AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle, etc
• Experience with Linux and Unix operating systems
• Migrating various work loads from on-premises to cloud
• Back-office technologies: M365/O365, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Windows Server 2012-2019, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory
• Security technologies: SentinelOne, Proofpoint, IronScales, Windows Defender, BitLocker
• Virtualization technologies: VMWare and Hyper-V
• Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, switching, firewall, routing, Subnetting, VLANs
• Remove access technologies: VPN (client and webapp), terminal services, RDP, FTP/sFTP
• Remote Monitoring and Management technology and best practices
• Scripting and automation experience using powershell and other tools
• Industry network/server support experience
• Windows desktop OS experience
• A firm understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, as well as the differences between them
• Solid troubleshooting skills and be able to debug and analyze issues to resolution
• The ability to interact with clients in order to maintain good standing which includes, but is not limited to; assisting in gathering requirements, answering questions, and participating in implementations
• Ability to demonstrate organization and documentation skills
• High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities
• Professional appearance and attire
• Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and the ability to work effectively with staff
• Position will work closely with other team members and VP of Cloud & Managed Services to accomplish company, client and personal goals

Responsibilities

• Support infrastructure and cloud services for clients
• Work on a variety of client projects as a full-time employee of Zirous - length of projects and types of client industries will vary
• Research and development of applications to support client projects
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
• Work closely with Project Managers & Technical Leads to ensure successful project implementation
• Provide expert and specialized hands-on technical support, consultation and coaching to clients
• Other duties as assigned
