Infrastructure Engineer

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and support of our enterprise infrastructure and computing technologies in a 24/7/365 environment. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technology, servers, systems, infrastructure
• Proven experience in VMware, firewalls, networking, email systems

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and administration of VMware server environments
• Understanding of Network infrastructure, particularly Palo Alto Firewalls
• SSO knowledge (specifically, DUO)
• Azure (subscriptions, RBAC, maintenance)
• Windows Server Administration
• Understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra
• Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies
• Familiarity with administration, performance tuning, and system monitoring
• Good communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face)
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issue
• Ensure system security through access controls
• Collaborate with IT staff and end users to identify and address system requirements
• Optimize the performance and scalability of the IT infrastructure
