Join Booksy as an In-house Lawyer in the Compliance team, supporting the Marketing & Commercial area through cross-border projects. You will act as a legal business partner, offering advice on daily business matters and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include drafting contracts and regulations, cooperating with internal and external legal teams, and providing advice on cross-team projects. This role requires 3-5 years of post-graduate experience, expertise in contract, e-commerce, and marketing law, excellent drafting skills, and experience in independent legal advisory on complex projects. Fluency in English and the ability to coordinate cross-border projects are essential. The position is fully remote, with a monthly visit to the Warsaw office required. Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of post-graduate experience
- Previous experience in the law firm with proven expertise in contract law, e-commerce law, and marketing law
- Excellent drafting skills encompassing contracts, regulations, and terms and conditions, marketing and sales promotional regulations and similar documents
- Practical experience in independent advisory on complex legal projects
- Ability to coordinate cross-border projects
- Fluency in English, with the ability to effectively use legal terminology
- Availability to visit our Warsaw office (1 per month)
Responsibilities
- Act as a legal business partner for the Companyβs stakeholders
- Offer legal advice on day-to-day business matters and growth initiatives
- Prepare drafts of contracts and regulations, particularly related to the company's sale and marketing of services
- Cooperate with in-house counsels, external advisors and internal teams across various jurisdictions
- Provide advice on various legal issues within the cross-team projects
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned
