Requirements

• You are pursuing a Master’s degree in business, management, or innovation from a Business School, Engineering School, or University
• You are enthusiastic about digital transformation and new ways of working, with a keen interest in design thinking methodology and tools
• You are creative, solution-oriented, and enjoy both challenging yourself and being challenged
• You are eager to learn how to assemble, organize, and facilitate collective intelligence workshops and contribute innovative ideas
• You are comfortable using MS Office, PowerPoint and notions in creative design tools like Canva and / or Miro
• You are client-focused, dedicated to high-quality and timely delivery, and thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and international work environment
• You are fluent in English, and proficiency in French or another language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced consultants on creative assignments to develop collaborative working methods for clients
• Support the development of a team and offer around design thinking and innovation
• Participate in business development while developing client relationships
• Contribute to people development by supporting knowledge sharing and training within the LU office
