Requirements

  • Proven experience with B2B sales in technology or SaaS companies
  • Experience in managing sales for small businesses and short sales cycles
  • Consultative approach and strategic focus in client management, demonstrating assertiveness based on structured customer discovery
  • Experience in converting qualified inbound leads
  • Ability to manage different communication channels
  • Organization and focus for managing a large pipeline of opportunities
  • Focus on results, ability to plan and deliver objectives
  • Lead interactions with prospects/clients, acting as a facilitator in the sales process leading the client to close business
  • Collaborative profile, develop relationships with colleagues and other areas to achieve objectives
  • Construct conversations of business with clients at all levels, negotiate with a win-win stance, adapting the message to the client's needs
  • Be resilient and persistent: focus on results despite difficulties or obstacles

Responsibilities

  • Manage a large volume of new leads in different channels
  • Negotiate with clients through phone, video calls, chat, email
  • Develop proposals for different types of companies, demonstrating how Wellhub can add value to each one (consultative sales model)
  • Manage a pipeline of a large volume of opportunities
  • Negotiate with leads generated by inbound and outbound marketing
  • Strategize, negotiate, and close consistent deals
  • Focus on sales revenue and attention to processes using Salesforce as a CRM tool
