Summary
Join our team as an Inside Sales Representative and play a key role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound contacts, understanding customer needs, routing qualified leads, closing sales, and meeting monthly revenue targets. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and time management skills, along with the ability to make numerous calls daily and maintain a prospect database. Success in this fast-paced environment demands comfort with a quick sales cycle and effective online demonstrations. The position involves working Monday through Saturday, with Sundays off.
Requirements
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned accounts
- Perform effective online demos to high value prospects
- Monday to Saturday working β Sunday fixed off
