Summary

Join our higher education sales team and accelerate the growth of Lucid Software by prospecting new leads, conducting needs assessment calls, scheduling product demonstrations, and providing proactive support to customers and prospects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 0-4 years of previous B2B experience
  • Highly effective problem solving skills, a bias towards finding solutions vs. shutting down ideas

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new leads (outbound) and qualify leads received by marketing (inbound)
  • Conduct needs assessment calls with specific prospects
  • Schedule online product demonstrations
  • Provide proactive support and follow up to customers and prospects
  • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of Lucid Software’s products
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Required weekly team trainings and daily stand ups
  • Close deals under $1,000 threshold
  • Other duties as assigned
