• A strong understanding of audit processes and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide review support, quality assurance and support for our premium audit operations and audit processes
• Primary reviewer of all premium audits including physical, virtual and phone
• Effectively manage and review audit queue
• Ensure audits align with industry standards, LAI, state-specific rules, and carrier specific guidelines
• Mentor auditors to increase audit quality
• Provide clear communication to auditors during the review process (via phone and/or email)
• Maintaining production and quality standards as directed

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years premium insurance audit experience
• Working knowledge of PASS, ASUM, and Nexus
• WCRIB Certification
• APA designation
