Provide exceptional customer service, coordinate information between healthcare providers, insurance companies, and treatment clinics, obtain insurance authorizations, and communicate cost shares with families. Ideal candidate has 1-2 years of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, personable, warm, empathetic, and professional communication style.

Requirements

• 1 – 2 years customer service or related experience
• 1 - 2 years experience with computer software
• Investigative, curious and problem solving mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented
• Personable, warm, empathetic, and professional verbal and written communication style with team members as well as those seeking treatment

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all of our families
• Coordination of information between referring physicians, insurance companies and our own treatment clinics
• Obtain insurance authorizations
• Research, review, and effectively document benefits, eligibility, and authorization requirements within our system
• Accurately review benefits and eligibility to ensure our families can make an informed decision regarding the cost associated with treatment
• Communicate cost shares, co-payments and financial responsibilities with our patients families
