Summary

Join Cover Genius as an Insurance Product Designer and lead customer-centric insurance product designs globally. Develop insurance solutions across various business verticals, work closely with the insurance partnership team, and collaborate with regional insurance teams to drive better customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience in insurance product design
• Pricing or actuarial background is a plus
• Track record in developing insurance products
• Experience working cross functionally to deliver large and complex projects
• Experience in designing and writing policy wordings and other insurance related documentation
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing
• Problem solving and advocating for customer solutions
• Proven ability to foster and develop relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to independently take initiative on projects
• Ability to adapt quickly to a start-up pace environment and culture
• Produce reports and analyze performance to maximize opportunity and market share
• A clear understanding of product design and proposition - what makes it a success or failure

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance solutions across various business verticals
• Work closely with the insurance partnership team on developing product solutions for new partnerships and preparing proposals and financial modeling
• Ownership for the development and execution of the strategic product roadmap and working closely with other internal teams to drive better customer experience
• Collaborate with the regional insurance teams to get market feedback and support the regional teams in their conversations with the insurers
• Continuous improvement of our product benefits to improve NPS, operational costs, and loss ratios by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including customer, insurance, and analytics
• Create standardized insurance products, and support regional insurance teams for launching them
