Requirements

  • Have excellent command of German and English (B2)
  • Be detail-oriented and confident in working with numbers
  • Have good Excel skills and be comfortable with data collection, input, and analysis
  • Have experience working with MS Office and be competent in using technology, email communications, and internet research
  • Be eager to learn more about insurance, rating, and risk assessment to support underwriters in reviewing and analyzing risks
  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate motivation, commitment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Have a university degree in Business Studies, Economics, Statistics, or another relevant field
  • Enjoy working in a multinational environment and being a great team player
  • Enjoy working from the comfort of your home but are open to visit the office for on-site training when needed

Responsibilities

  • Process quotes, submissions, and policy amendments for new and renewal business
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support underwriting decisions
  • Ensure documents are properly filed and organized in compliance with company standards
  • Perform cross-audits within the team to maintain a high accuracy rate
  • Develop a strong understanding of multiple underwriting processes across various lines of business
  • Communicate effectively with underwriters, underwriting assistants, and client-side team leaders
  • Understand the full end-to-end process and execute tasks accordingly
