Summary

Join Doppel, a leading platform combating digital deception, and play a crucial role in ensuring the success of enterprise client onboarding. You will coordinate the development lifecycle of third-party integrations and SIEMs, troubleshoot authentication issues, and enable webhook and API onboarding. Proactive identification and scaling of customer platform limits are key, along with managing multiple parallel integration work streams. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential to bridge gaps between engineering and other teams. You will own product adoption metrics, create dashboards, and document best practices. This role requires a strong technical background and proven project management experience.

Requirements

  • A proficient technical background - to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration management
  • Proven project management with multiple parties across time zones
  • Be extremely customer facing, and have a resilient, troubleshooting mindset
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to query data and build dashboards

Responsibilities

  • Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platform
  • Coordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc)
  • Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customers
  • Proactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform
  • Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholders
  • Set and maintain deadlines with clear communications
  • Bridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functions
  • API/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customers
  • Own product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health
  • Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices
