Summary

The job is a leadership position in the Integrations Coverage team at CoinTracker, responsible for accurately ingesting user's crypto activity by integrating with various exchanges and blockchains. The role requires 8+ years of software development experience, 1-2 years of engineering management experience, and skills in building strong technical teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and creating, delivering, and operating highly reliable ingestion systems at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 1-2 years of engineering management experience, overseeing backend or full stack teams of 5 or more engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Integrations Coverage team responsible for accurately ingesting user's crypto activity
• Integrate with numerous exchanges and blockchains, and operate large-scale data ingestion systems to ensure timely and reliable processing of crypto activity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with crypto
• Experience managing remote and geographically distributed teams
