Requirements

• Two or more years of professional experience in a full-time engineering management role
• Served as a technical leader for large, complex projects (6+ months in length)
• Led customer facing data pipeline infrastructure teams and/or projects that support product capabilities
• Upleveled teams of engineers by mentoring and leading by example
• Have experience working at rapidly scaling startups and/or large companies with environments that prioritize a bias for action
• Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space

• Overseeing the development and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure
• Leading team in solving major scalability issues related to data stores and data pipeline

• Working closely with Vanta’s customers and customer-facing teammates to build and ship high-value products and infrastructure
