Remote Intercompany Reconciliation Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, Master's in Finance) or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably with a focus on intercompany reconciliation or financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is desirable
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards
• Previous experience in multinational corporations or companies with complex intercompany structures
• Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a global team environment
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile transactions between subsidiaries and operational entities
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies that arise during the reconciliation of balances
• Record foreign exchange trades, ensuring accurate and timely entries in the accounting system
• Identify opportunities for automating reconciliation processes to improve efficiency
• Provide support for external and internal audits related to intercompany and foreign exchange transactions
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure that reconciliation and currency exchange processes are harmonized across the group
