Junior Analyst

Summary

Join our team as an Accounting and Payroll Jr. Analyst to support our financial team in Colombia, assisting with internal accounting for projects and managing payroll-related tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• English Level: Upper-intermediate
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with payroll software, preferably HELISA
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the execution of the payroll process for Jala Colombia SAS, in accordance with the current Colombian labor legislation
• Perform the accounting records of the entities in charge, as well as their analysis and the generation of Financial Statements for submission to the Group's Accounting Management
• Collaborate with the submission of the monthly payroll based on the reports provided by the People Business Partner, for review and approval
• Prepare the monthly Financial Statements for the entities in charge for analysis and consolidation with those of the other subsidiaries
• Assist in monthly financial closing activities
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including intercompany accounts
• Support internal and external audit processes
