  • Existing Secret Security Clearance is mandatory

Responsibilities

  • Conducting detailed requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement platform solutions
  • Participating in the testing and validation of platform applications
  • Monitoring performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements
  • Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides for new platform users
  • Providing support and troubleshooting for platform issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and consultation processes
