Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Analyst or in a related role
• Minimum of 10 years experience working in an office environment
• Proven track record in platform analysis and implementation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively
• Excellent documentation skills, showcasing attention to detail
• Experience with cloud technologies and service delivery models
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
• Existing Secret Security Clearance is mandatory

Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
• Collaborating with technical teams to design and implement platform solutions
• Participating in the testing and validation of platform applications
• Monitoring performance metrics and making recommendations for improvements
• Assisting in the development of training materials and user guides for new platform users
• Providing support and troubleshooting for platform issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment
• Experience with stakeholder engagement and consultation processes
