• Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing project budgets and financial reports
• Conducting cost estimates and evaluations for various construction projects
• Overseeing subcontractor payments and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Managing variations and change orders effectively
• Maintaining accurate records of project costs, claims, and agreements
• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Delivering timely and insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes
