Requirements

  • 1.5+ years as a Travel Specialist/Agent
  • Solid knowledge of travel management and trip organization
  • Experience with B1/B2 visa applications for the U.S
  • Proficiency in managing loyalty programs and handling points/miles
  • Experience with Expedia, Travellanda, and Booking.com, including managing corporate accounts for bonus accumulation
  • Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office apps
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to specific company policies and standards
  • Eagerness to learn and provide top-tier services
  • Solid customer service skills with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end travel bookings (flights, trains, hotels, car rentals, etc.)
  • Research travel options based on client preferences, budget, and timelines
  • Source competitive pricing and recommend cost-effective travel solutions
  • Confirm bookings and provide organized travel itineraries
  • Verify rates, discounts, and availability for travel services
  • Finalize travel budgets and monitor cost alignment
  • Work with the financial team to track and reconcile travel expenses
  • Assist with visa applications (US, UK, Brazil, ESTA, etc.)
  • Advise on travel documents, insurance, and regulations
  • Implement new booking tools and support internal process improvement
  • Help update company travel policies with market research and travel regulation changes
  • Flexibility to occasionally assist with urgent issues outside regular working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT or a similar role within the travel industry (handling visas and business trip organization)
  • Experience in international travel and working within English-speaking environments
