Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work flexible work schedule required
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Complete deal registrations for all account executives in their assigned region
- Utilize SalesForce.com to create opportunities and track deal registrations that have been submitted to vendors
- Provide data to Account Executives and Sales Operations Specialist to help guide pricing decisions
- Promptly respond to internal and external inquiries
- Ad-Hoc projects including maintaining Salesforce.com data integrity, Salesforce.com reporting, deal registration support, etc
- Send VAR quotes to customers via DocuSign as required
- Adhere to process changes as they are managed, reviewed and streamlined by Sales Operations Management to enhance deliverables

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate Degree or equivalent from two year college or technical school preferred
- 0 - 2 yearsβ experience in a sales support role preferred
- Prior experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.com preferred but not required
