Intern - Analyst

Summary

The job description is for an 8-week intern position in the analyst department at Rystad Energy, a leading energy research and consulting firm. The intern will be responsible for updating databases, conducting secondary research, and other tasks assigned by the team manager. The ideal candidate should be a native Mandarin speaker with excellent analytical and communication skills, pursuing a degree in Engineering, Finance, or Computer Science.

Requirements

• Native Mandarin speaker with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Undergraduate or post-graduate student pursuing degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and Access. Programming experience (i.e. python coding) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Support E&P analyst team to update Rystad Energy’s proprietary database
• Conduct secondary research to supplement existing data and information

Preferred Qualifications

Third-year undergraduate or second-year graduate student
