Summary

The job is for an Intern Controlling in an E-Commerce company where the intern will work on financial processes, improve data transparency and quality, implement automations, and support strategic goals. The ideal candidate should have a numerical background, preferably with a focus on Finance or Controlling, and be proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a numerically-based study program, preferably with a focus on Finance or Controlling
• Have proficient knowledge in Excel or Google Sheets and possess fundamental knowledge in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling

Responsibilities

• Create regular reports on financial key performance indicators for the C-Level, support planning and forecasting for informed decision making, and develop informative visualizations and standard reports for financial data representation
• Ensure data quality in the Finance department, particularly in Budgeting and Cashflow Planning, by controlling, validating, and continuously optimizing financial data
• Identify and implement automation possibilities in routine tasks, work on process optimization, and collaborate interdisciplinary to improve financial processes
• Conduct simple data analytics cases like sales analysis and provide solid decision-making foundations through relevant data analyses
