Requirements

• Currently studying economics, communications science, international business administration, architecture, or similar with a very good average grade
• Have great interest in the real estate and construction industry
• Have exceptional communication skills and affinity for sales topics
• Be goal-oriented and have a very high customer orientation
• Enjoy conversations and negotiations and have a high level of proactivity
• Have experience with CRM software or comparable digital tools and quickly find your way into them
• Work reliably, independently, and manage to solve problems yourself
• Have excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Have fluent German skills and good English skills

Responsibilities

• Betreat customers' inquiries and conduct consultation conversations with homeowners, architects, and other professionals
• Accompany homeowners through the initial phases of their projects and maintain close relationships within our customer and partner network
• Design actively the processes of a startup and help our customers realize their dream of an architect-designed house
• Design independently an ecosystem in the construction industry
• Work closely with management and product team to continuously improve our services
