Summary

Workato is seeking an Enterprise Automation Intern to join their team for a 6-12 month internship. The intern will work closely with the team on various tasks, including designing and developing automation workflows, creating integration connectors, collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical support, analyzing data, guiding customers through onboarding, and assisting in planning events. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, proficient in data analysis tools, has exceptional communication skills, native-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese, and strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, business analytics or a similar field
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that captivate and engage
  • Language Proficiency Requirement: Native-level proficiency in spoken and written Japanese. Spoken and written english is a plus
  • Oversees work or education experience are welcome
  • Interested in Technology
  • Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation workflows tailored for demos, PoCs, and customer projects
  • Create integration connectors to seamlessly connect different systems and maximize the efficiency of workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand project objectives
  • Implement best practices for automation workflows and integration development to ensure scalability and maintainability
  • Test and debug workflows and integration connectors to ensure their accuracy and reliability
  • Continuously optimize and improve automation workflows and integration connectors based on feedback and performance analysis
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Analyze data to uncover valuable insights that shape our product strategy and customer success
  • Guide customers through their onboarding journey, answering questions and providing guidance for success
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training workshops and events
