Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s level university program in fields such as Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Experience with strategic planning and execution, including the ability to lead and manage projects
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
• Proficient in strategic tools and methodologies such as SWOT analysis, PEST analysis, or similar
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of internal strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that drive growth and efficiency
• Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior management
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with objectives
