Summary

Foxit is seeking an experienced International Tax Accountant to join their Noida office. The role involves tax compliance, reporting, accounting, customer service, advisory, collaboration, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a focus on Taxation, 3-5 years of experience in international tax, proficiency in NetSuite, and strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with a focus on Taxation
• At least 3-5 years of experience in international tax, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
• Proficiency in NetSuite and other tax-related software
• Strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Tax Compliance: Comprehensive knowledge of international tax laws and regulations with demonstrated applicability for Sales Tax/VAT/GST, Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, and other miscellaneous tax reporting requirements. Assist with tax audits and special projects, as needed
• Tax Reporting: Compile data for review and filing of tax returns. Document and resolve tax inaccuracies to improve tax reporting integrity. Work with external tax preparers to gather and compile data for tax reporting purposes
• Tax Accounting: Analysis and reconciliation of global tax accounts. Prepare necessary accrual and/or adjusting journal entries. Proficiency in NetSuite, preferred
• Customer Service: Manage Tax Inbox to assist internal Teams and customers with resolving tax inquiries
• Advisory and Collaboration: Provide tax advisory services to internal stakeholders and collaborate with external advisors as needed
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements in the tax function
