SinCity Indian is seeking an Internet Sales Specialist with experience in motorcycles and powersports sales or knowledge about them. The role involves managing leads, communicating effectively, keeping up-to-date with inventory, and maintaining customer information. Requirements

• Experience utilizing CRM systems such as Eleads is desired but not necessary
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written, including exceptional email skills
• Energetic and outgoing personality
• Professional, pleasant, and friendly demeanor
• The willingness to persistently follow up with customers
• Internet savvy with excellent computer and organizational skills to track leads
• Familiarity with and interest in powersports vehicles

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming phone calls and internet leads with requests about powersports vehicles
• Confirm sales appointments and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers
• Answer incoming calls and respond to internet inquiries promptly with courtesy, honesty, accuracy, and professionalism
• Communicate effectively with customers according to their preferred method of communication with exceptional writing and email skills
• Follow up with all unsold prospects daily and stay in contact with sold customers for customer follow-up and retention
• Keep up-to-date with incoming inventory and operate software to locate vehicles quickly and efficiently
• Maintain accurate and thorough customer information and interactions with guests into the CRM through data entry
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
