Requirements
- University student, ideally with a focus on economics/finance
- Fluent command of the English language (both written and spoken), and knowledge of French, German, Spanish, Russian, or Italian is a welcome addition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literate, especially in MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong reporting, data analysis and organizational skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and attention to detail
- Critical thinking, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset
- Autonomous and proactive working style
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Assisting Billing Team in day-to-day tasks related to the billing process (preparing billing products such as proformas, draft invoices, verifying and updating data / documents, performing quality check according to the local accounting rules, generating reports for internal and external clients)
- Supporting the internal billing projects / campaigns
- Cash Collection: Supporting the recording of cash collections for billing assistants, including handling of auto processes
- Running AR statements and reports for Partners and offices to monitor collections
- Data Maintenance: Assisting Data Maintenance Team in day-to-day tasks related to Master Files settings (updates on timekeepers, clients and matters, support with high volume requests)
- Performing quality checks of newly opened matters in the financial system
- E-Billing: Assisting e-Billing Team in invoice submissions to various Clientsβ e-Billing platforms
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks connected with monthly accrual information, process documentation and internal e-Billing projects / campaigns
- Key Clients: Assisting with the coordination of financial records for global clients
- Running various reports and gathering data from different regions
- Revenue Reporting: Assisting the team with monthly financial reporting, campaign results, collection targets, KPIs, and other raw data extractions
- Running various reports on WIP, AR, Collections, and Billing for EU Finance teams
- Time Recording: Assisting with Timekeeper chasing and support the team with our campaigns
- Assisting the Time Recording Team in day-to-day tasks related to the timekeepers or other teams' queries (help with the requests on shared mailboxes)
- Working Together Matters (WTM): Monitoring AR connected with other Regions and creating links between different WTMs
- Regular reviews of WTM invoice processing and WTM invoice status monitoring
