Intern - Finance & Control

Summary

Onera is hiring a Finance & Control Intern to define and setup documentation of their finance processes and control framework. The intern will work closely with the finance team and relevant stakeholders from other departments to map and document the finance and accounting processes. This is a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth, especially for students in relevant areas such as Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc student at a Dutch university/HBO in relevant area such as Business Administration, finance or accounting is a plus
• Intrinsically motivated to organize and define processes; curious to learn
• Available for 3-6 months for this assignment
• Ability to work independently on a project
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Setup and define a manual which is not yet in place
• Research best practices on finance/accounting manual formats
• Align with the Onera finance team on the format, setup, and requirements suitable for Onera’s stage for a V1.0 manual
• Interview relevant stakeholders in order to understand the processes and document it accordingly
