Requirements

• Candidates must be local to the Boston, MA area (preferred). Experience and knowledge typically acquired by studies in engineering, construction management, or related disciplines is required
• Self-confidence, a proactive nature, and the ability to work independently and as an effective team player are required
• A valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation to the office and/or client site is required
• Physical: Standing or sitting for long periods; must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times and spend extended hours in front of a computer screen
• Cognitive: Problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills; computer and software skills; ability to read and interpret text online or in printed form
