Requirements

  • Enthusiasm: a genuine passion for community building and user engagement
  • Communication skills: strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and interact professionally with diverse audiences. You are fluent in English and French
  • Creativity: the ability to generate fresh and new ideas for community initiatives and content
  • Organisation: excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Technical proficiency: familiarity with social media platforms, community management tools, and basic understanding of SaaS concepts. Experience with tools like Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Figma is a real plus
  • Education: currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Community engagement: monitor and engage with our community across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, …) to foster positive relationships and address user inquiries
  • Content creation: develop and curate engaging, well-written and visually appealing content
  • Social media strategy: collaborate with the marketing team to build a social media strategy that boosts our brand visibility and audience engagement
  • Employer branding: contribute to the development and execution of employer branding strategies to enhance our company’s image as an attractive place to work
  • Feedback collection: gather and analyse feedback from community members to provide actionable insights to the product and marketing teams
  • Reporting: track and report on community metrics and engagement levels, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
