Summary

Join Aledade's Summer Internship program as a college or graduate student and contribute to various departments. While having a primary role, you'll work on cross-team projects guided by senior leaders. The internship offers hands-on experience in healthcare operations and the complexities of the healthcare system. The program runs from June 2nd, 2025, to August 11th, 2025 (10 weeks). You'll support the Innovation team, conduct research, collaborate with stakeholders, and analyze information to provide recommendations. Aledade is a public benefit corporation committed to improving primary care.

Requirements

• Experience analyzing and developing recommendations on a healthcare related topic
• Highly organized and detail-oriented in planning and executing tasks
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build strong relationships and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Able to manage tasks autonomously
• Interest and experience in healthcare

Responsibilities

• Support Innovation team discovery of new initiatives including conducting market research and literature reviews
• Review academic journals to identify evidence based interventions
• Work cross collaboratively with key stakeholders and internal teams
• Analyze information and make recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• MPH (for experience with/knowledge of literature reviews)
• Experience sizing opportunities/market research/literature review experience
