Join our team as a part-time, remote Intune SME (Subject Matter Expert) specializing in application packaging and deployment! This moonlighting opportunity is perfect for flexible schedules. You will package, test, and deploy modern apps using Microsoft Endpoint Manager best practices. Responsibilities include troubleshooting deployment issues, collaborating with internal teams, and providing packaging improvement recommendations. This role requires 3+ years of hands-on Intune/Endpoint Manager experience and strong application packaging expertise. The ideal candidate will possess skills in Win32 apps, MSIX, PowerShell scripting, and various packaging tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager
• Strong expertise in application packaging, including Win32 apps, MSIX, and PowerShell scripting
• Familiarity with packaging tools such as IntuneWinAppUtil and log analysis tools
• Experience configuring app deployment settings, dependencies, supersedence, and detection rules
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on a flexible schedule
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Create, test, and deploy application packages using Microsoft Intune
• Configure and manage app assignments, detection methods, dependencies, and install/uninstall commands
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize app delivery for end-users
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure application readiness and compliance
• Provide recommendations for packaging improvements and standardization
• Maintain documentation and version control of packaged apps

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MD-102, MS-101)
• Experience with SCCM or co-management environments
• Previous consulting or client-facing experience
