Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, prevent stock discrepancies, and support production demands
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems, processes, and best practices for efficient material tracking
  • Coordinate daily warehouse and production operations to optimize workflow and resource utilization
  • Conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain data integrity
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and order fulfillment
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within warehouse and production environments
  • Generate and analyze inventory and operational reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Must be able to work 40 hours a week (8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday)

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with Warehouse or Production Operations, Continuous Improvement, Lean Processing, Inventory Management a plus
